In homage to our logo, Firebird was born. Originally created in the year of the Rooster back in 2017, we couldn’t wait until 2029 to bring it back. So here you are - a natural process coffee from the Yunnan region in China. With notes of kumquat and grape you’ll be sure to realise that the quality of Chinese coffee is increasing dramatically.
