We pair this up with Firebird, a coffee that has been selected by our head roaster, presenting a diverse flavour profile and exhibiting the absolute yin and yang available in two different growing regions. Firebird is a natural process coffee from the Yunnan region in China. With notes of kumquat and grape you’ll be sure to realise that the quality of Chinese coffee is increasing dramatically.
