This is homage to their va va voom, spirit and more importantly for ensuring we can roast an immense coffee that is quite simply just Real Good. Soul coffee.
Chris and Neil, our owners were fortunate enough to visit coffee farms in Indonesia and the kindness and hospitality they received was otherworldly. Alas, we have worked with our partners at Nordic Approach to secure another devastatingly delicious natural coffee. Indonesian coffee varieties have a natural subtle spice. Given that it is processed naturally and undergoes a short fermentation, the resulting flavour is a melange of spiced mulled wine, Malibu spiked forest fruits and a touch of mango. Rich and complex.

The Full Story
The coffee is processed by Wildan Mustofa and his wife Atieq, at their wet mill on Frinsa Estate, located 1400 masl and has a ventilated storage space and a dry mill. This means they are in full control of their product from harvest to grading, sorting and shipment. The guys at Frinsa really know how to process and even though the climate is working against natural drying, it is in this method that they find a way to create clean, delicious and exotic tasting coffee profiles.
